New AVEVA Customer:

Please contact your Regional AVEVA Support Centre, who will arrange to have you added to the system.  You will receive an email with full instructions once you have been registered as a Customer by AVEVA.


Existing AVEVA Customer:

Please note that the new AVEVA Support Site and AVEVA HelpDesk have separate logins.

You already have access to the AVEVA HelpDesk.

We have also set you up to access the AVEVA Product Support Site at Please click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions.

After following these instructions, if you are still unable to access the AVEVA Support Site (or the AVEVA HelpDesk), please contact the AVEVA Support Product Information Team at
